I started my first book about time management skill. I have been reading many good books about time management I have also tried to implement it, but somehow suddenly I left and become same lazy person. I am well about time planning, schedule, to do lists and using task manager, but still there is something I need to handle it.
In traditional time skill management system we just focus on time and planning, but in current fast life, we need to look at Behavior and focused attention with proper time planning. This will be a well be Professional Time Management skill. There are numerous observation that after teaching traditional time skill, student do try it from few day to months, but most of them leave in a fix time frame, they can't apply it in their lives permanently. This is their behavior which bring them sudden back to their normal habits.

Well I am reading a book which focuses on behavioral skill to cope your time management and bring new changes.
It will train your behaviour and control you, and you can fully control your time which will control you destiny.
